cheers

The stoneguards can be any shape you wish - as long as they fit on the rear arch. Use some card, cut the shape you require and either give the measurements to Carbon Mods or send them the cardboard template.

Isn't it different for every type of rear wing? Also, if you are having them custom made, you will have a choice how high up the wings you want them to go.

It's worth checking any suggested measurements against your car. Presumably the MK Indy wheel arch width didn't change but I know the ali sonte guards I bought were way too wide for my Locost....

be aware that the passenger side wheel arch is shorter on some car to allow for the exhaust (e.g. carertham) thus that cover is shorter.

slightly OT, but if you're not dead set on carbon, you can quite easily make your own from ali... my effort here:

Sorry for the hijack, but is there a real use of the stoneguards - would the arches be damaged easily otherwise - or is it a purely cosmetic touch?
Just thinking for the future...

for me its both.

functional due to the peppering they take alone on track, so what they will be like after a spirited country road drive i dont know.

secondly, cosmetic. got a few cf parts so its all in keeping with the scheme!

If you have soft tyres, your rear arches take a severe hammering and will get chipped. So no, it's not just cosmetic.
