Handbrake Mounting

I would like to replace the Sierra handbrake with one which is shorter. Does anyone know of an alternative which utilises the same mounting plates on the MK chassis?

I know that MK9R (by the way where is he) fitted a mini metro one, but I think he made a new mounting but is worth a look on his site.

Yeah, he made a new mounting. I would like to use existing mounts and wondered if another ford (ie, Fiesta, Ka) may have same configuration.
