Any advice?
One of my prop to drive flange holes is stripped. I was going to drill out the four holes and use HT bolts and nuts with threadlock to secure. Anybody done this and should it be OK?

I'm assuming you are referring to the input flange on diff that's got a stripped thread.

I'd be inclined to get another flange and bolt it on. Bear in mind you prop can spin at silly speeds - 7k+rpm

I'd hate to be the one to say told you so, after you come on here and announce you had to have a prop removed from your derriere

I cannot see any problem with what you suggest - Series Land Rover props are held on like that. The bolts are kept in place by the flange and do not come unless the drive flange is removed so you just fit the nut. i.e. on the rear, the bolt heads are at the back and the threaded portion points forwards.

Check that you can get a spanner onto both nut and bolt to tighten/undo before drilling.

Another option is helicoil but check to see if the flange is thick enough.
