Well, good news, the car passed first time at Bishopbriggs.
I set off early and arrived at 6:30am to avoid the traffic. Nice bunch of people at the centre. Kevin did the test, top bloke.
The only adjustment I had to make was to the headlight aim.
The drive back was great, felt more relaxed and got a few acknowledgements (kind ones) from passers by and drivers.
Thanks to all at locostbuilders for the information and support during the build. I’ve completed my registration docs and hopefully have the car fully
registered within the week!
Cheers
Ian

Matt, your car looks great, no reason why you can't go for it first time, looks like a great build.
Cheers

Well done, must be a great feeling.
When you say old school re jetting, what do you mean. I've got same cat and exhaust as yours.
Cheers.
Carb set up:
Dynojet Stage 1 kit (138 Main Jets fitted
Main Air Jet Blocked)
Dynojet Needles installed on fourth groove from the top
Fuel Mixture Screw 2.5 turns out
I also drilled an extra hole out on the slides as per the Dynojet Instructions.
May pass with the standard set up, but that's what worked for me.
Cheers
