Hi, has anyone got a picture or 2 of an MK Zetec exhaust fitted - as I have got an exhaust on order and am trying to finalise my plumbing before it arrives.
Also where does the exhaust pass through the chassis in relation to diagonal strut and 2 chassis rails?

Forgot to mention the can is not an MK product, was made by 907 (paul) from this site.

Do you mean the whole exhaust is non MK or just the silencer?

And on the subject of plumbing -
I have had a good look at your sketch of your plumbing layout - do you know if it important for the header tank to fill at the bottom rad hose or could it be Tee'd in to the 19mm pipe close to the thermostat? or even into the purple pipe you have blocked off?

Header should fill from the top of the thermo house on the engine(small pipe 8mm) not sure if an alternative is possible, i'm sure someone wil be along to advise. I am pretty sure the run to the bottom hose/water pump is if great importance,its been debated a few times but i have had no running problems like this so far, i have seen some set ups that are T'd into the blocked pipe on the drivers side of the thermp house though.

Put in a search for "zetec plumbing" it will throw up more answers than you need but possibly help.

Downpipes and collector are an MK product, its only the silencer thats from 907.
