ride height front and rear?
can anyone tell me approx ride heights chassie to floor ! at both these locations!

100mm front and 125mm rear would be a good start point.

The ride height shouldn't have any bearing on where you position and fix your rear wings, unless you intend deviating from the standard method of fixing, which is to align them centrally over the wheel with the bottom edges flush with the side and rear panel.

Phil I'd like to make sure the wheel/tire package I'm running will not touch on full compresion. I'd rather make alterations before I fix them permanantly !

If you've got protech shocks, they only allow 4 inches of movement. If you fit the rear arches as mentioned earlier, they won't touch on full compression.
