Just filled my van up again with diesel £80 again, and was thinking isn't it nice to see the litres clocking up faster than the £'s on the
pump. Then I thought how long before brown and darling decide it's too cheap and they want their share
Tony
yea, its good! it got to the stage before when i stopped looking at it... ssh! you might give them ideas!
Yep - and the best bit is getting back to getting 100 miles out of a tenner's worth
And were all celebrating oil prices that 2 or 3 years ago we would have been outraged to pay
Not to mention im pretty sure earlier this week Opec announced a plan to cut oil production again. Probably in the hope it pushs the price back up
again :/
I was in Oman a few weeks ago visiting friends who work there with Shell.....my mate has a Porsche Cayenne Turbo....100 litre tank and it cost him the
equivalent of £10.50 to fill up from empty (yes ten pounds fifty pence!!)......ouch, no wonder he likes it there.....

Price may be down, but a lot of filling stations still only dish out £60 a go which doesn't fill a larger car or van tank in one go
