Who's good and cheap for posting packages. One to the states and one to the czech republic. Any ideas?

Depends what sort of parcel you are talking about. I recently had to send a large parcel to Germany and for upto 25 kg Parcel2go.com gave me the best price to europe recently. £29.99 +vat. This is a standard price to anywhere in europe if I remember correctly.
