radiator, intercooler info
Craigorypeck - 11/8/11 at 09:26 PM

Trying to route some piping for my supercharger install...... Not a lot of room but is there a possibility of having the size of the radiator reduced in height but making it thicker (as there is room behind) to allow for an intercooler to be installed below the rad? How much would it effect cooling efficiency.. also, what bout not running an intercooler at all if only looking to run 6-8 psi?
New learning curve project for me.
TIA

Have a look in the sticky at the top of this section for pics of my install.

Remember that frontal area is more effective at cooling than thickness of the core. So its better to have as much area as possible and keep the core thinner.
