MK wieght

What do you think the wieght of my MK Indy should be. It is fitted with shell seats, carbon fibre dash and a Fireblade engine and ally wheels. I was surprised at the SVA to see it at over 600kgs. Any thoughts?

They don't give you the true vehicle weight at SVA, they only weigh the individual axles. Your Indys actual weight will be about 500kg, give or take 20kg, unless you've spent a small fortune on lightweight parts.

Exactly as above - I think 480Kg is a pretty common figure for an MK Indy...

As said mate the SVA weight isnt the actual car weight. Its axle weights which dont add up to the right vehicle weight.

Im sure you wont be more than 500.

You say ally wheels being light. Mine are quite heavy.

where can you get your car weighed with an exact figure? Do lorry/truck places have large scales to weigh the content of containers?
