my car (yet again)*update*

i have decided to stop wasting my money and start tidying the indy up a bit
(i was going to meet up with some locosters tomorrow but after looking at my indy im ashamed to let anyone see it) everything looks bodged and there are holes unused in alloy paneling and in the side panels

so altho its all legal and will be getting abused in the manner it was designed it will not be making any public appearences until im happy with it

sorry for the slight rant but i need to let off some steam (and get some sleep)

don't worry about it, i had to use gaffa tape to hold my boot cover down yesterday as the rivet popped out and it was flapping around in the wind!

You can honestly look at almost all kit and scratch built Sevens out there, my car (that I no longer own) included, and see a hundred little errors or faults.

But I'll bet you a fiver, that you can't see more than one or two of them from the driving seat when your hammering it down your favourite stretch of road which has to include a couple of roundabouts to ensure a bit of sideways action...

A while back, after a couple of shandy's, I put up a nostalgia post, cos I no longer have my car - I have a wife instead , that had a link to one of the best drives ever... That's what it's all about!

Stop being a fanny - let other people enjoy your car, and most of all - enjoy it yourself!

Thank you for that guys. I feel much better myself, even though it wasn't my thread, I could well have said the same things. That's what this forum is all about. And doesn't Steve look good in that driving suit!
