Some questions on the build...

A few things i'm trying to work out so wondering whether someone could help.

How do I mount the engine, Im finding it difficult to get the two long bolts to go through the cradle i think m10 x 280mm and the 2 side bolts its a r1 2006 engine I know a few people use a threaded bar but not so keen on this idea?

On the fuel tank what are the 3 holes for the one in the bottom of the tank and the two small ones on top?

I'm getting willwood brakes front and back. When ordering the rears a handbrake disc setup there is two options one for drum hubs and one for discs hubs, I know mine are off a drum sierra but will the adapter plate still fit?

Cheers more questions too come too

I assume you mean dificulty obtaining the long bolts and not making them fit the holes. You'll probably have to order them from a specialist fastner supplier. Check out the Yellow pages. Don't go for threadded rod; It'll wear the holes eventually.

Not familiar with the MK tank but I'd guess pick up pipe at the bottom and the top ones, return and breather.

Wilwoods. If you order the drum fitting set then yes, it will fit but will require the hub flange turning down slightly for the disc to fit over.

Hi
I had real trouble sourcing the two bolts needed to go right through the lower mountings ended up using threaded rod when you think about it the engine is solid mounted so is not going to move about like a car engine.
for the other two bolts that fit at the top one either side try wye valley supplies they do a whole range of metric fine bolts.
