Hello Chaps
I am running a zetec 2.0 ltr Blacktop inMK and we are struggling to work out what rad to use that is small enough to fit but big enough to keep the
engine cool
the standard MK rad is £150 but we are hoping to get one cheaper that that
any advice would be great

Nearly everyone uses the VW302 rad from a VW polo. Cost about £45.

Polo or Micra rads both work are cheap and are well tested by builders

Polo as above or Golf one which is 30mm or so bigger if you're worried.
About £35 online, maybe less.

about £35 (inc vat and post) for a mk2 polo rad from northern radiators
is it just me, or have there been a LOT more threads than normal about radiators the past few days?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

i used a mk2 escort rad, they are about the same price as a polo, and are the ones mk sell, but they blank the top cap off, but i did not want to run
a header tank so it was perfect for me.
