seat runners
just a quick question guys.........whats the best/cost effective seat runners to use?

I got mine from itertrim in telford, they were about £20 delivered. I put them on bother driver and passenger side so the seats would be the same
height and I could store something behind them on those long journeys ahead. Not sure if they are the cheapest as you can probably get some of the
scrapyard but they will fit any seat you intend to put them and they give you a reasonable amount of adjustment.
