7"plug in shaft Diff for 7" LSD Diff

Hi, I want to replace my existing std 7"diff with plug in shafts with a LSD ( BOLT ON FLANGES ). How do I do this and keep my Drum Brakes. I am told you can replace the plug in shafts with flange CV's but my shafts are 22 spline and the Cv's available are 25 spline.
I have read a couple of articles see link but its not that easy !

Anybody done it and can tell me how to?

Regards, Paul

You need to make a hybrid shaft using Desiel push in shafts.
You take the tripod uj off and replace with lobro CV joint.
Sierra owners club have photos and info or u2u me and I will see if I can find the info and email you.
A mate of mine has put lobro flanges in a push in diff, needs some work to get the input bearings to the right point or the stubs jam the planet gears shaft.

Same as above, I just swapped the tripod joints for lobros and it bolted straight up to the LSD.

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.

I did just as your intended and simply axed the caliper mounts off the bearing carriers.

Job done.
