full cage mk

Hello

i have nearly finished my full cage build on my indy. looks like a kids climbing frame! but looks pretty good to tell you the truth. i am just wondering if anyone knows what weight the cage is from MK so i can compare it to mine when i calculate it? hope mines not to heavey or i may need 2 gixer engines

i think one will be enough mate. nothing surer than that. you should be still around 500 kgs with cage so 300 bhp/ton. dont worry too much about weight, it wil still be very light and very quick. i had a zx9 powered stm and it was so quick it really scared me the first time i drove it. and that was coming from imprezas and evos!

cheers for the reply mate. i never realy looked at it like that in terms of 300 bhp/ton therefore slight increases in the weight wont be to bad. i want it to scare me lol i hope its as quick as you mention cant wait.

my cage is 32kg, plus 6kg for side impact bars.

Thats blue book spec, if yours is the same it should weigh about the same.

i was trying to upload some picture of teh cage but its saying the file types are not supported? does anyone know what formats the pics should be saved as?
