Camber/ toe in,out set up??

Hi guys im ready (nearly) to take the car for pre mot. The guy is going to setup the camber and toe in/out ect.
So what do i tell him to set to??

i would personally go for a degree toe in, this will even up under both braking and accelerating as any slack is taken up in the rack or balljoints. have you tested it for self centering yet? if you realise you need toe to get self centering then there is no point in setting it up at final use settings yet.
