indy wishbones
i am going to be getting the indy kit soon and was wondering whether the indy front wishbones are useable with cortina uprights instead of sierra
one? i have some lovely cotina uprights you see,

Liam,
Officially I believe it won't work. The suspension geometry is different between the cars e.g. the relative lengths of the wishbones are altered
and the positioning of the BJ holes in the uprights are different plus a few other things!
What actually happens in the real world is a different matter though. With our roads and driving skills (speaking for myself ) would we notice a
difference?
Anyway, point is, I'd be interested to know what difference it makes (if any!) so if you find out post it!

On my Locost GTS kit, ive found that you end up with at least a different length top wishbone in order to get the right camber.
The other issue is that unless you shorten the lower wishbone as well the track width is 3" wider at the front than the rear.

i did know it was a sierra based kit bob, thats why i asked the question
