At last!

finally after 2 years of thinking I decided this morning to drive up to MK and order my kit. My mind was made up after having a quick spin in the demo car () and within a few minutes the deal was done.

Delivery is on the 4th June so not long now before the fun starts.

yepppiiieeeee

Just make sure you save enough enthusiasm to finish it. There are too many half-builts in garages around the country. I suggest sellotaping a picture of a finished car to your fridge!!

Going for the zx12r route, I thought the demo pinto was fast but if a bike engine is half as fast as people say I will have an instant face lift.

Cheers everyone for the messages of support, just can't wait to get it finished and on the road for some fun

Looking at that avtar, you need and instant face lift.

Went to the Chiltern 7's last night, good meet with about 7 cars.

See you next month if you aren't to busy.

ATB Dan.

Congrats on your purchase. You wont regret it. I dont think enthusiasm will be a problem with the MK. If you are feeling low at any point just turn up on a Sat morning for some instant inspiration / therapy. As niceperson has said - a little every day adds up to a lot in a short time. I have been building betweel 9pm and 11pm most nights, then 11pm to 11.30 planning the next stage over a mug of hot choc.
