Thanks to Phil for the offer of a beer, but we couldn't stay. Food smelt very tempting.

BTW as we left the Showground the external temp gauge on my tin top was reading 32.5oC!!

I left around 11:30 - my car showed 35C until I got back on the road, when it dropped back to 32C...
Hot, or what!

Perfect spot! Right in the middle of the action. All the cars in the owners section looked fantastic, especially that black one nearest the camera

while you lucky boys were sipping beering and tucking into a free burger or two whilst tanning yourselfs, and looking at some tasty cars aswell, I had the pleasure of cycling from london to brighton london was 33c and broghton dropped to a chilly 30c (nice!) 54 miles in an oven was not much fun - apart from many fine ladies wearing very little and cycling infrom of you.

See you next year hopefully (at newark, not brighton!)

TPG and myself found the perfect way to cool down on the way home.....

we drove up the A1 through the storm which caused the flash floods in North Yorks

Only problem was the cars filling with water!!!

Actually quite scary

Cheers
