Indy Kit ready for collection!!! YAY!

AT LAST! got the call from MK today to say my kit is ready for collection. I have arranged to pick it up on Saturday 1st February so if anyone needs anything to go up to MK then let me know and i will take it up. You will have to deliver it to me however.

Incidently there is 4" of snow outside!

Andy... a VERY HAPPY BUNNY!

I don't think I'd be able to cope with the wait till Feb, I'd be up there like a shot, the minute I put the phone down.

Anyway, have fun. What colour is it going to be?

P.s. I prefer the new avatar

It's going to be dark blue with all black interior and black front wishbones. You can see pics of bob's blue Indy on his picture archive ( look under 'bob'). So far there are 3 of us with blue indy's. Now i'm looking for a 1800 or 2000cc zetech to pop under the hood

yum yum

Andy

p.s. yeah i like the avatar too

Andy, who's the third one?

My inspiration is Rob Lanes Locost http://www.robs7.com So I'll have a mix of GRP and aluminimunum. I was told by a wise old sage that GRP bonnets on 7 type cars was not a good idea because of the high engine bay temperatures but that didn't sway my decision (pictures of Rob Lanes car did).

Hi Paul

The 3 amigos with blue indy's are Bob, Zetec and me. Zetec and i will be running zetec engines and Bob a Pinto. It would be great to have a pic of all 3 together.

Oh Dear now I've gone and done it. Robs car is only inspirational from a colour scheme point of view (cos I've already got the blue GRP wings, nose cone and scuttle) but there will always be a special place in my heart for your car. After all your car was the only 7 I'd been out in, indeed still is and you know what they say you never forget your first time.
