Hi chris
Did the cars you weighed have full tanks of fuel?
I took mine to a mates place of work today and put it on a weigh bridge and it came out at a straight 600kg but i had a full tank, fully carpeted
including boot area a boot box in ally with lid and i have what Mk discribe as the half race roll cage with diagonal and my cage is welded it onto
plates owe and i forgot and left my helmet on the seat!!
Even so i thought that was quite heavy
Cheers

weights, inculding full tank of fuel (only 2 gallons though!)

Chris,
did you ever weigh your indy with the R1 race spec engine in it?
Or was it that one that came in at 468kg

It would be nice to see some of the lighter kits being weighed. Especially the ones which claim to be sub 440kg.
