Contacting MK

Has anyone had trouble contacting MK via e-mail?

I have put in 2 requests for info about the Indy kits and have heard nothing back. After all the reports I have heard about how good they at customer relations it just makes me wonder a little bit.

All I wanted to know was were other parts avalible from themsleves to make the Indy SVA's version of road legal and lead times from order to delivery/collection.

Anyone like to help on these point?

Cheers

You have to phone them if you want to talk to them. Email is the only thing that they seem to ignore. They are so busy (outstripping EVERYONE on sales!) that they probably have not got time to sit and answer everyones questions. If you get through by phone i have found them to be more than helpful.

I'm going up there next Sat so i will have a word about it.

As far as i know everything they do is to get through SVA, or they will tell you how.
