Seat mountings

With the Indy having the two seat mountings welded accross the chassis, have SVA's been passed with the seat, or seat rails, simply bolted and locknutted through the mounting and the floor?
ie no further load spreading plates needed.

Although i used penny washers they were'nt very big and the car passed ok.

same as Mr 'nut i used small washers and the sva man was more than happy with that.
