master brake cylinder question

I seem to have a master brake cylinder from a sierra 2.0 with 4 holes in it for the brakelines.
I read here on the forum about 3 so now i'm confused.
I gave the breakers a list of parts i needed and he stripped them of a 2.0 sierra for me.....great luxury for which i now have to pay the price
Does anyone know the correct fitment of these brakelines??

the 2 outlets nearest the pedal go to the front, one of the others goes to the rear via a restricter valve, plug the spare holewith a bleed valve

There are actually 5 holes but 1 is already plugged as standard! Of the 4 remaining holes 1 is larger and thats tha one i plugged.I have pictures of it which i was going to post but the Photos seem to be offline at the moment. Will stick em there asap!!
