More Indys than Sierras soon.
Got thru my SVA today, age related plate issued, tax paid, just need a set of plates and I'm off.
Biggest hassle of the day...Stanmore DVLA saying they could not process my documents because the bill of sale from MK said "supplied Indy
kit" and they wanted it to say "supplied new Indy kit" at this I blew my top and asked why they had not asked for this 9 months ago
when I sent all my bits of paper to them! They went off and 5 mins later came back with my tax and new number. Next they wanted to call the car a MK
Kitcar on the log book instead of MK, I asked them to show me their documentation why they should do this, they had none, so got it registered as just
MK. Your local DVLA office serving the public...NOT.

When I arrived there were people sitting on the grass outside, I thought maybe staff taking time to sit in the sun during their lunch, it turns out
they were people waiting to get served, one bloke said he had waited 6 hours! Start early with registration forms and dont let them forget you. be a
real pain in the arse and they will want to get rid of you and you get what you want. Not nice but I suspect the only way.
