Difference between car and bike chassis'

I was wondering if there are any differences between car and bike MK Indy chassis' and how easy it is to convert a car one to a bike one (engine / GB mounts etc)

cheers

Not that I should know much BUT the engine mounting brackets would have to be relocated. Prop shaft may have to be altered/new. Aswell as other issues like loom, clocks etc etc. Without putting you off...

But is it worth it?
