indy shocks size?

I am building a locost, but am purchasing an indy rear end (wishbones, uprights etc) for the irs on my car. Can anyone tell me what size open/closed the shocks are that are used on the indy? I have tried several searches which yielded no results...

thanks,

Ned.

Just while we're talking about this what do you fine folks use as spacers at the bottom of the rear shocks, since the shock is a lot narrower than the bracket? I stuck in about 5 washers (see attached photo). Are there supposed to be spacers come with the kit or anything?

Fitted my shocks last week and did the same as you, 5 washers to fill in the gaps. I've seen lots of cars like this at various shows which is why I did it, so I can't see it being a problem.

Thanks Koen, I just wondered what mk use, though guess it will depend on my pickup points and might be different as I'm running a narrower track..
