It would be good to see you there Paul, but I would get your diff changed 1st,its a fast circuit, you will be hitting your rev limiter 3/4 of the way down the back straight,I hit mine a couple of times, and thats with the 3.38 fitted

Great fun but a little painful on the ears

I think the 3.14 is the way to go with the zx10r,I think when I start to get the hang of mine and start to get faster its going to become a bit of a problem with the 3.38,its just getting hold of a 3.14,then putting a lsd in it ££££££££££

With a ZX12 you really won't have anything to be nervous about.
Get out and do it!

Its not 1st time nerves putting you off doing track days at the moment, its not having your car finished,so pull your finger out, spend less time on here and more time in the garage
You will then see how easy they are to drive and how much fun they are

emmsk, I took the opportunity to take my car out for my first track day at Bruntingthorpe at the weekend. Loved it. All very friendly and everyone is very approachable.

Great fun on the track, and even better still to see what these cars are capable of in a "safe" setting.

did 120 miles in the 7 to get there, another 100 miles on the track blatting it, and then another 120 miles home. brilliant.

Paul, many thanks for the encouragement to get my arse in gear and take the car on track, much appreciated. Found a fault in my petrol guage, half full is actually empty, as I found out 2 miles out of the grounds on the way home....once of those things eh!
