Fuel line clips

Have the fuel clips to be special or do the standard jubille clips do for SVA. david

Get the proper ones, they cost no more and will keep SVA bloke happy if he decides to check.

i got my fuel line clips from halfords but not gone throught the sva yet but hope they will do

I rang Mallusk SVA centre (NI) on Firday to ask them that very question (amongst others). The guy who answered my questions (forgotten his name) told me that as long as it's a method used in production vehicles it would be OK. He then stated that production cars can use jubilee clips, and that that should be OK. Having said that one of his colleagues might not agree.
I have jublilee clips fitted already, and if they fail thet fail.
