Steering column & steering wheel

Hi all. Just back off hols and gearing up for the final push to get the car ready and through IVA.

Question on the above if I may; what did you all do with the steering column cover and steering wheel on your cars? Pics would be appreciated as I have to make something up.

I used the standard cowl on the column
and an XR3i wheel to pass sva.

I've put on the original Sierra stuff.
Between the column shroud and the bash I put in a bit of the donor carpet.

I saw in one of this months kit car mags a cobra that they made a leather gaiter for.
You could then do velcro along the length for wrapping it arround.
