i'd try running the front wheels with zero toe
and 2 deg negative camber
and 1.5 deg negative camber at rear too
this was how i set mine origionaly and it seemed to work well

Unfortunately there is no such thing as the best setup. There are so many varying factors which will make different setups work for different cars even if they are the same model.

What's your main use out of the vehicle?

I run 3mm toe in and 2 deg negative camber
and 1.5 deg negative camber at rear
also more ground clearance at the rear otherwise she lifts at speed
also in agreement with frosty's comments
