I'm running 13" Team Dynamics on my MK Indy. Wilwoods on the front and Sierra calipers on the back. The only problem was the hand brake
springs rubbing the inside of the wheels. I had some special springs made with 1 coil less to miss the inside of the wheel.
I have sets left as I had to order a minimum quantity from the spring manufacture. Please U2U if you are intrested.

No they probably won't fit.
If you have wheels other than Team Dynamics then Sierra disks don't really fit under them.
You can do a hub modification (machine down to 134mm o.d.) and use Mk3 Fiesta front (non-ventilated) disks. These move the disk surface further
inboard. Mk3 escort front disks bring it further inboard still, but are a bit heavier.
Not sure whether Sierra Cosworth disks are larger than standard Sierra, but even standard sierra are a problem.

I,ve got proper minilights, had to grind a bit of the rear caliper away to fit, also a set of lookalike minilights, these have much more clearance.
You need to try a wheel before buying... some do, some do not !

I run 13" Compomotive CXR's on Sierra rear calipers, and have done exactly as Rob, had springs made with one coil less. This now clears
the wheel and the stick-on weights.
No problems with the Raceleda front calipers.

I don't think TD's are the only ones that can clear Sierra brakes.
I've tried several wheels and once the spring is one coil less they should fit.
This includes CXR's, Caterham 6 spokes, MB mag R500 wheels etc.

All the cheap ones then.
They don't fit under 4-spoke Compomotive Revolutions, which are the best wheels in the world.

I have front disks from a Sierra with drums at the rear. Will 13" Team Dynamics fit? What ET should I use?
