Mk Exhaust manifold pics

I very ambitiously decided to try and make a manifold for my R1 Indy R, But a year later and I've had enough and am calling it a day and going to get one made. (it doesn't seal/ fit onto the head very well, and most of the joins leak).

I am thinking of ordering one direct from MK, as they should be able to do one without the car in there possession?

But would like to see some photos of how they tend to fit along the car, as in how much silencer space is left?

Also according to there website, £445 includes the silencer, does anyone know if this includes a cat aswell?

I will prob call them when i find time, but some pics would help a lot. So if anyone has any pics handy that would be great.

Cheers

Yep price won't include cat and to add when I got mine for a ZX9, it didn't seal properly either due to the branches being different lengths

I'm on my second mk exhaust. First one fouled the chasis and would not fit at all. The second one is better but still doesn't fit very well and comes very close to the top chasis rail, welds aren't great either. If I was to do it again I would take the car to someone like ab performance and get it done properly.

MATT try tube engineers at market rasen in lincolnshire they do bespoke exhausts and are very reasonable cost wise and will do a inernal cat in a silencer if required.

Thanks all, I am considering a custom made, But would like to keep my costs down as low as poss, as have already blown my budget by £5K lol.

Can anyone tell me roughly what i would be looking at for a custom made one with cat(preferably removable)?

Is that the one in your profile? looks amazing quality. Do you mind if i ask how much it cost?

Does the silencer have a cat built into it?
