attaching pics

i tried attaching some pics to my archive how can i reduce the size there too big at moe .

Any graphics software program can reduce size... also save as optimised for best speed to display. Normally found in edit/image/resize... good luck!

open them in paint and change the attributes by going to - image - stretch/skew

enter 50 in the horizontal and vertical boxes and this should halve the size of the pic
