Mk seats and compatible runners

My seats are currently fixed but want to change at least the drivers side to adjustable runners.
They are the standard Mk seats and wondered what runners anyone with these seats has used and any issues encountered as a result of using that particular runner.

mk actually sell runners for the seats but they are standard items and still need holes drilled, they also have quite a bit of play (well mine did) just needs a thump from a hammer to tighten them up.

I had looked on the MK web site first but they have not got any price lists to view or download and could not remember whether they where on the price list from the old site.
Cheers

I should still have my set in the garage somewhere, he says wondering how many hours it will take........£30 for all four includes the postage, assuming I return from my quest. Can't mind how much I paid for them.

You not using the runners yourself then?
Are yours fixed or have you employed a different setup?

My understanding from reading a lot on here, and my own experiences, is that most seat/runner combos (ALL of them) will need a bit of "encouragement" to make them work well together.
