I've got a Maine Coon and a Bengal - I've had guests who claim to be allergic to cats who have had no problems with ours...
The maine coon is a HUGE cat - he currently weighs in at 24lbs which is a little small for the breed - everyone loves the Bengal though - i suppose
because he looks like a minature leopard type thing....
