Front needs to have as much castor as poss so get them hubs leaning back as much as possible. You will need to "toe out" the steering to
get it to self centre, then after SVA you can return it to near straight for road use. I seem the remember MK quoting 0% camber front and back.
Don't worry too much about the way the car drives with settings for SVA, it feels crap, but is fine after settings are returned to normal. Also
start with soft settings on shocks and work up or you will shake your self silly. I have stuck my front guards on. Attached with a thin bead of
sikoflex first and once set built up the joint, no problems so far, still as solid as when first installed.

Hi Zetec,
When you just stuck your fronts on did you extend the steel bar to go all the way across underneath? I'm just about to do mine, if yours
hav'nt fell off I think I try the same. I'll be using Wurth panel sealer which is just the same.

Once I've finished a project why do I start another?

I just used the standard support. Bent it so it followed the shape of the guard as best I could, then just slapped it on.

Guards, stick or bolt.
Ref. guard stays I lengthened the stays to go across the inside of guard by welding a wider bar on top which will give a bigger area for the siloflex
to grip. Tks for all replys. david
