Spring rates?
My indy seems, lets just say spongy. Its really soft on the springs. I want it to be really harsh and tight, almost gokart like.
What springs rates (lbs) have you got and how hard is the suspension?
Oh its for a BEC (zx9r)

You will need to ask what length as well, because the stiffer they are the higher the car will ride unless the unfitted length is shorter

Usually most people complain the ride is too hard with a BEC and MK supplied 350 pound front springs,have you tried adjusting the damping force on the
shockers Matt

I think mine are a lot softer than 350lb. What did you have in yours?

I did quite a bit of experimenting with spring rates with my 1st Indy for the track,I found 175 front,and 275 rear worked best,this reduced the rear
end body roll you see with so many Indys on the track,and help it turn in better eliminating understeer,350 springs for the front of the Indy are too
strong in my opinion for a BEC,the ride on the road with 275's on the rear, is a little firm on the road,but worth the trade off in my opinion
for better track performance.

I think mine are 175s on the front. I have GAZ shocks. How many clicks did you use?

I always had the MK supplied protech's on my Indys,they have 13 clicks from soft to hard,on the outboard suspension car like yours,I ran the
fronts on 8 clicks firm for the road,then I would add 2 clicks for the track,rears I would just leave them on 8 clicks firm all the time for road and
track,you don't want it too firm on the front otherwise you will end up with it understeering,its always best to get it on track and have a play
around with the settings yourself to see what feels best for you,but the above I think would be a good starting point.
