Furthest wheel away first, and bleed all 4 nipples on the caliper.
It worked for me.

When I helped Gav with his we took the caliper off the mount and tipped it slightly and we did the nipples closest to the inside of the car first. We
did it two or three times and the tipping the caliper definitely helped, there must've been an air bubble trapped there.

Also make sure that your wheel bearings are tight because any runout of the disc caused by them will push the pads back too far and give you the feel
of a soft pedal.

It can be a long job.
Only ever use the top nipples on the caliper to bleed it. To start with undo them both and get the majority of the air out. Then do one at a time
starting with the outside nipple first.
