tyres and wheels

hi,

i am just seeking a bit of advice on which tyres i should use for the road. I will rarely go on a track, lucky to be once a year, and i dont drive insanly quick around the streets, so i dont need yoko a048s or toyo r888's. I still want a grippy tyre as i do drive fast. Can someone advise me, i looked at the yokohama parada as i can get a set of four for £136, anyone any views on the grip of this tyre?

Also i am after a new set of 15" wheels, lightweight. Can anyone suggest a set other than team dynamics or rota? Wolfrace do a set called the prolites which weight 5.9kg each and cost £219 for the set, has anybody any views on these?

Thanks

on the basis that 888s are 250 ish a set and last about 7-8k miles if you swap them id be going for those. Thats 18months to two years mileage and anything else will need replacing due to age anyway IMO
