MK front suspension springs
I got a complete MK kit and the front springs are very hard even when slackened right of. I have been told that the springs should be 225. Are the
springs marked or how do you know the spring pressure. The shocks are proton. David

Spring rate should be marked on the top of the spring seat.

My MK springs have very faint very small white writing on the coil itself.

I have a pair for 225's waiting to be fitted to my R1 Indy, front is just compliant and way to stiff

they will be 325`s

Front springs are 350's provided by MK as standard unless you specify different. My advice would be to fit them and try them for yourself before
deciding to change them.

Hi
One other thing to check is that the suspension brackets and bushing is not binding. Try slackening of the front suspension bolt and then see if that
improves the compliance ( common problem) . Even with 350Lb fitted you should be able to bounce the car with the dampers set to a low number of
clicks.

i got mine from merlin - faulkners - were cheaper than direct from faulkners themselves
