Happy it's started!!

Well just finished my floor and really feel like I have now started!

Took a bit longer than expected but the result looks good and I can now turn it over and get on with things.

The floor is in! Did give me three blisters, but end result is rewarding! See my site for details.

Should be picking mine upon the 5th June!
Having read this the floor sounds easy enough if not physical! This and the rest of the panelling is one of the bits I wasnt looking forward too and am losing sleep over already! Give me nuts and bolts and stuff I can do that! Seriously though any tips for this, do I need to go get lots of welding clamps, g clamps or what?

ReMan,

welcome to the Nut House. I would suggest getting half a dozen G clamps. They do come in very handy during the build for all sorts of things. Quick clamps are also useful for fitting body panels but if you do buy quick clamps, just remember you get what you pay for.

So I take it then that the technique for the floor is, Clamp it all round (with lots of clamps, G or otherwise :-) ), Drill it all through ( all 1634 holes!), take it off, clean it up, gob lots of the sealer stuff on, then do the Arnie bit with the rivet gun, unless you`re blessed with air power!! (I`m sure you did`nt need it Shortie)
