Are the sumps on a 4age Blacktop and a silvertop the same?
As title.
I would like a spare sump for my 20V Blacktop 4age. I want to shorten and wing it as a winter project.
If the silvertop are the same it greatly increases the chances of finding one.
If you have a Blacktop 20V sump for sale. U2U me. I have monies!!

further to the above Q & obviously relevant to availability does the 16v sump fit the 20v or are they completely different (think they are the
same block, but may be showing my ignorance here )
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

16v and 20v are different as I got hold of a raw alloy sump from someone that converted to a 20v

Anyone know what's different, as if bolt pattern is the same it still might be poss to mod the 16v sump (as it's pressed steel &
therefore readily weldable) rather than mod a 20V (which is alloy?? I think?)
