mk indy spring rates

What spring poundage is everyone running on the front of there car engined mk indies.
I have the original 350lbs but have read some people have fitted softer ones.

2.0 8v vauxhall engine, cast bottom end and ali head.

if you think its to hard i have lots of 300lb or 275lb in stock.i would not go any lower than that.

I have 350s on my 1.8 zetec Have you adjusted the damper settings and it handles well enough. The bike engined chaps seem to fit softer ones

How many clicks are you running and do you have the protech dampers.
