Mk Indy on track

I have just uploaded a short video (2 mins, 6MB) taken from onboard the car at elvington on the 11th dec.

Its shows me being passed by another Indy driven by another member of this forum, lets see if any body can tell who.

The video is in the kitcar section of my web site.

Sorry heres a link to save you time.

Good video Tony - most likely to have been Paul... judging by those sideways antics he didn't have the 'slicks' on then? Looks like you had fun!

Yes the big kitty cat shots where talken in kurger national park. Its is a great place can not wait to go again.

And yes the driver of the indy that passed me (and he did it more than once) was Paul.

And to answer hellfire, yes he did have those nearly slick R888's on. I was really suprised how much grip he was getting with them when you think the track was damp and greasy. He was really hammering it all day.

Having watched the vid when i got back home i could see that i was changing gear early and in too high a gear when exitting the corners.

The vid is encoded as a Divx for those that are having problems playing it. You need to get the codec from the divx web site.

Tony.
