Coil over springs

Any advise on what are the best spring ratings to use on the front. Current springs fitted are to short, need to raise the height for clearence etc. so i know i will be looking for 10/11" but what pressure !

Normally front springs are in the range 170 to 230 lbs/in --- depends on the engine and how hard the rear springs are.
Is the car hitting the bump stop or is is a just ground clearance problem -- if its the latter you might be better altering the shocker/spring mounts.
