Wants to place order but have some questions

Hello, a short introduction. My name is Tim, and I live in the Netherlands. I want to start with building an Indy but I have some open standing questions:

- How does the standard roll-bar looks where the Indy comes with? (can somebody post a picture?)

- What's the best engine to go for I've you look to: Bomb proof, easy to install and to get parts for (exhaust, sprocket, ect.). I'm thinking about the: FJR1300, R1 or a Blade one.

Thanks for your help and advices in advance.

First of all, a warm welcome to the madhouse.

If you look on MK Sportscars in the gallery section you should get some idea of the different types of rollbar on offer. Whatever type you want, I'm sure MK will be able to do it. Onto the engine question, although all three engines you've mentioned have been put into Indys before, I reckon the easiest has got to be the Blade followed by the R1 then the FJ. Parts should be readily available for either engine.

Any more questions, just ask.........

Hello Tim

Have a look in my photo archive, plenty of build up pics plus basic roll bar.

When looking remember my chassis is a 2001 early indy, there are many modifications now to improve the car even more.
