It lives again
Just took the car out for its first run after rebuilding the gearbox, all seems well.
Gearbox works ok but can not give it a lot of hammer on open roads, will tell when I get it on track again and give it some real hammer.
No water or oil leaks which is a big plus after stripping engine in half.
Oil pressure seems fine around 79psi at 4000rpm cruising along, and around 30psi at tick over when upto temperature.
Going to book in for trackday at elvington on the 21st may with javelin to see if it holds together.
A BIG thanks to all those who help with bits and advice, you know who you are.
Tony.

Thanks guys see you all soon.
Hellfire are you going to be finished for newark?
Chris hear about the sump plug while at mac1 last saturday getting some tyres fitted, hope hes not done too much damage. Will get your gearbox back to
you next time I see you.
May well take it out for a run tonight to ackworth as a proving run before tackday.
I would come along to watch you on track on saturday chris but will be down at donnington all weekend for the 750MC.
Tony.
