MK Indy R1 no spark at plug, Help!

I'm trying to fire up my MK Indy R1. I have wired it exactly as the bike is wired with no Vicky Green Loom. When I turn it over I am getting no spark at the spark plug. I have isolated the coil and connected it directly to the battery, earthed the plug, and then opened and closed the primary circuit to simulate what the ICU would do. I occasionally get a weak yellow spark from the plug. With the plug cap off, I can also get a weak yellow spark direct of the end of the HT lead. Are my coils shot or do I need to do some other test? Any suggestion greatly appreciated. Battery Voltage is 13.5V or more and both doils do the same.

mhh

i would say no rpm signal to the mcu...

or bike not in neutral? clutch in??

etc..

etc.

kill switch?

does the coil has 12volts?? when car on contact??

the mcu doesn't give 12volts to the coil..

it gives ground to the coil..using couple of fets..

Tks

If you've made your own plug leads, check that, like I did'nt , you have pushed them into the coil all the way?
